Our HistoryFounded in 1989 by Mary Caroline "Twink" Frey, Nokomis Foundation provides expertise, funding and partnerships to create a stronger voice for women and their families. Our first 15 years provided grants for capacity building, innovation and convening around critical issues of the day. A strategic renewal process has led us to focus on civic engagement and economic self-sufficiency. |
